Rental Process Explained
Step One: Reservation
To reserve equipment, a customer must create an account on the third party rental platform. After doing so, a customer can select equipment and a rental time / day that works best for them. Pending rentals can be viewed by your staff on their rental dashboard.
Step Two: Check-Out
To check-out equipment, simply verify the name on their ID matches who made the reservation. Take a picture of equipment being rented to verify condition with the tablet provided. Click “Check-Out”
Step Three: Check-In
When the equipment is returned, click “Check-in”. Take a picture of the equipment to verify condition. List any damage or report “not cleaned” so the customer can be charged accordingly. If equipment needs cleaned, a fee of $35 will be charged to the customer. 100% of the cleaning fee will go to the business for time compensation
